What happens when my trial ends?
After your 15-day free trial, your workspace remains accessible, but features become limited until you upgrade. Your data stays safely stored for 3 months, and you can upgrade at any time to reactivate full access.If there is no login activity for 3 months, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
Do you offer both monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can choose between: ∙ Monthly billing ∙ Annual billing, which includes a 10% discount Plans are identical — only the price changes based on billing frequency.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes.You can switch to annual billing at any time to benefit from the discount.If switching from annual to monthly, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I reach my plan limits?
We’ll notify you before you reach any limit. You can: upgrade your plan, orpurchase additional enrichment credits or email volumes (coming soon). Your workspace continues running normally.
Are AI Agents included in all plans?
AI Agents are not included in the Starter plan. They will be available sonn for the Pro and Enterprise plans, and Pro users will get early access to the beta version. We’ll notify you as soon as AI Agents are available in your workspace.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.
